Thank you for the great sup­port! We won both the early votes and on elec­tion day by wide mar­gins! We only lost one precinct (Glen Hill’s home precinct) and only lost it by 28 votes.
Accord­ing to unof­fi­cial counts we won early vote by 330 to 231 and won on elec­tion day by 314 to 211 mak­ing the total be:

Tony Shotwell    644    59.3%
Glen Hill             442    40.7%

I owe so many thanks to so many peo­ple for their hard work and sup­port through­out this elec­tion, it has all been heart­warm­ing and appreciated.

Now, let’s get back to work mak­ing Dis­trict 5 the best place in Grand Prairie to live, work and play!
